Nicola Grudowski lives in the small town of St. Marys, Ontario, with her husband and their miniature dachshund. She holds two degrees in the natural sciences, but has always been most at home in the arts—whether reading, writing, drawing, singing, or bringing out her guitar for the occasional campfire performance.
A lifelong lover of fantasy worlds, Nicola rarely steps away from a good story willingly, though she will make exceptions for family, travel, and a game of badminton, where what she lacks in talent she makes up for in sheer determination. That same determination has brought her to the publication of Viridis, her debut new adult urban fantasy romance and the first book in a planned trilogy.
